Not evening willing to work with customer to see if a solution can be working out regarding an issue. The shop should have gone into bat for the customer and contacted Optus to work on a solution. But no they where not willing to do anything. Had to lodge a TIO complaint.

We went to Optus Seaford looking to upgrade our phones. All the staff are lovely, we were served by Tom who was so helpful, not only is he very knowledgeable but he went above and beyond to help, he even missed his lunch break for us to finalise our transaction, explaining every step along the way whilst he signed us up. His customer service is fantastic, he is very personable and funny too! I would very highly recommend this store for your Optus/technology needs.
