  The fudge wasn't perfect so they redid it without being asked. Friendly. Pizza was good if you like Dominoes. Filling and good value for money.

  Absolutely appalling customer service by the store manger ! waited half hour in store after ordering online for a kids birthday dinner. we left with NO food after the staff had no idea where the order was. went home with No food for the kids and guests as they said that they would make the order and deliver it. we ordered 7 pizzas and 3 garlic breads. When the delivery arrived not only was it cold BUT there was NO garlic bread that we had ordered and paid for.When i contacted the store the first staff member was polite and said she would get the manager. when he came to the phone he was rude, abrupt and tried to tell me the staff were adamant that we left with the garlic bread but no pizzas. I said why would i bother calling when i have kids and guests to feed over garlic bread. When i said i wanted a refund as it was absolutely ridiculous his reply was well you can give our 7 pizzas back ! As a manger your customer service skills were so unprofessional and your are in the wrong job role. You weren’t even apologetic nor helpful and hung up the phone stating we will resend the garlic bread for free . No we already paid and ordered it twice you didn’t do us a favour. ordered tea at 6 got to eat near before 8 for a childs birthday. absolutely joke !

  On Tues January 15th, I went here and ordered 2 super supreme pizza with anchovies and jalapeño as extras ( I was on holidays in the Moana Caravan Park.) A young girl made them I can honestly say they were excellent. I wish some of the other stores could be as good. Well done all because the service was good too.
